This project investigates the feasibility of exporting WATER BLADDERS from Canada to Nepal for the purpose of harvesting and storing rainwater.  Nepal has periods of extreme rain (monsoon) followed by periods of extreme drought.  Capturing rainwater to irrigate during the drought season has the potential to increase yields and help bring sustainable living to Nepalese farmers.

 

The question is - are water bladders affordable and practical for this purpose?
